Our Payroll Service

This year all year end PAYE P35 submissions must be made online to HMRC. We can do this for you if you get in touch.

We provide cost-effective payroll processing services for companies employing staff in Northern Ireland, UK and Republic of Ireland.

We also provide payroll services for companies in the European Union and the USA, who have employees needing to be paid under the UK PAYE system

• We will process the gross salaries you wish to pay and make the proper tax and national insurance deductions leaving the net salary.
• We will deal with all matters of sickness, maternity or paternity pay, student loans and pensions.
• We will make any other payments or deductions as required by your company.
• We will process sub-contractor payments including all year end procedures.

Payroll Processing Reports

• We will email you reports showing these deductions for each payment period and also for the year to date analysed by employee.
• We will send copy payslips to your company and the originals to your employees in the UK.
• We will email you a monthly report showing all payments due to the tax authorities.

Annual returns for the tax authorities

• We will prepare and send all year end tax forms for the tax authorities and your employees.
• We will prepare and supply all year end summaries as required by your accountants.
• We will tailor our services to suit the needs of each individual.
• We can accept payment in GB pounds, Euros and US dollars.
